RGB Mini Projector LEDs

The series of colored LEDs from ams OSRAM are RGB versions of the previously released OSTAR® Projection Compact LEDs. Using a 2-mm² chip, the LEDs have a high luminous output, with the brightest, true green, producing 520 nm or 1000 lm at 6 A. The other color options, red and blue, both have a maximum output of 650 lm at 6 A and 7200 mW at 8 A, respectively. The LEDs’ thermal resistance is 1.4 K/W and can be used for machine vision systems or stage lighting fixtures.
