PICMA® Plus actuators from PI (Physik Instrumente) are piezo stack actuators that provide displacement ranges up to 43 µm, allowing for applications requiring larger displacement in the same package size. The PICMA Plus has a polymer-free, all-ceramic insulation which is resistant to humidity and has a wide operating temperature range from -40 to 150 °C and up to 200 °C for modified versions.
