The MP2110A-080 from Anritsu Corporation is a 60-GHz optical sampling oscilloscope option for the BERTWave MP2110A. It uses a sampling front-end designed to capture the spectral components essential for accurate PAM4 transmitter and dispersion eye closure quaternary (TDECQ). This technology can be utilized in the development and manufacturing of 200G/Lane and 1.6T optical transceivers for high-capacity data centers and AI infrastructure. The bandwidth extension reduces measurement latency for high-throughput manufacturing. It provides a scalable deployment path from two to four channels and maintains TDECQ measurement accuracy across extended bandwidth.
