The cryo-neaSCOPE+xs from attocube is a nanoscale imager and spectrometer for cryogenic research. The system is based on a fully automated dry cryostat for cryogen-free operation with fast turnaround times and provides confocal access to the sample, natively supporting electrical transport measurements via integrated feedthroughs. The cryo-neaSCOPE+xs features near-field measurements in a spectral range from visible to IR and THz frequencies, as well as the study of physical phenomena at temperatures down and below 10 K.
