The LVCM-013-013-03M from Moticont is a miniature, high force-to-size linear voice coil servo motor. The motor has 12.7 mm (0.500 in.) diameter and a high-force-to-size ratio of 1.42 N (5.1 oz) and a peak force of 4.48 N (16.1 oz) at a 10% duty cycle. The LVCM-013-013-03M has a 3.2-mm stroke and is 19 mm long at mid-stroke. It can be integrated into new and existing applications and is an ideal replacement for pneumatic actuators. The motor can be used in applications such as scanners, laser beam steering and filtering, haptic feedback, dynamic vibration absorption and image stabilization, dispensing, work holding and clamping, assembly, testing, and wafer handling.
