SensorX from Bruker Alicona is an OEM-ready metrology sensor for inline, in-process quality control in manufacturing. SensorX’s software monitors device temperature, current, and voltage. It is capable of measuring slopes beyond 90 degrees, reflective or polished metal surfaces, sharp cutting edges, microgeometry details, and surface roughness and form. Its 100-mm z-range ensures that larger components are captured with the same precision as fine microstructures, and the coaxial illumination system adapts to changing surface conditions. SensorX can be used for 24/7 autonomous production, enabling robots to verify results without human intervention.
