The KaritroMP from Refeyn is a macro mass photometry platform that can inform the research and development of gene and cell therapies and vaccines. The benchtop instrument allows for the characterization of large viral vectors, including adenovirus vectors (AdVs) and lentivirus vectors (LVVs), through light scattering to measure both the size and contrast of single particles. The KaritroMP takes just six minutes to analyze a sample, and can do so autonomously with up to 13 samples using an integrated custom-built software.
