SLICE delivers high submicron resolution imaging of biological samples; offers three illumination wavelengths for popular labels; and offers versatile clearing compatibility (compatible with iDISCO, CLARITY, SHANEL, CUBIC, BINAREE, and other optical clearing techniques). Advanced image stitching produces 3D image volumes suitable for MBF Bioscience’s AI-based quantitative analysis software to produce accurate data for analyzing morphometry, cell populations, subcellular processes, vasculature, and fluorescence properties. Supported applications span neuroscience, developmental biology, and cancer research.
