DELO DUALBOND SJ4758 from DELO is an adhesive to join lens packages for optical power and compensating for thermal stress between modules of varying sizes. DELO DUALBOND SJ4758 offers rapid light fixation followed by a thermal curing process, making it ideal for opaque or shadowed areas. It offers an adhesion strength of up to 30 MPa, even when cured at temperatures of 60 °C and higher. The adhesive shows shrinkage and adheres well to PC and LCP, which are often used in camera modules.
