The sensor features a decoder circuit which leads to faster readout speeds, a dynamic range of 3000 due to the addition of a depression type signal processing circuit, a spectral response range of 1.7 to 2.55 µm, a pixel pitch of 20 µm, and a frame rate of 503 fps.
