The GIR1201 and GIR2505 SWIR line scan image sensors from Gpixel offer high line rate, high dynamic range, and digital output via on-chip analog-to-digital conversion. They are sensitive in the 900-1700 nm range, and have a quantum efficiency of 75% at 1550 nm. GIR1201 is a 1024 × 1 line scan image sensor that offers a 12.5-μm square global shutter pixel. GIR2505 offers a 25-μm square global shutter pixel. The products are designed for use in industrial, scientific, food processing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor inspection, and other imaging and inspection applications.
