The PixMicro family of micro-imprintable formulations from Pixelligent Technologies is designed to enable high-performance sensors, microlens arrays, waveguides, 3D printed optics, co-packaged optics, and diffractive optical elements. The products are compatible with both glass and plastic substrates, as well as commercially available stamps and industry-standard manufacturing processes, for a wide range of applications. Features include highly loaded solvent-free formulations delivering a high refractive index of 1.9+, high-yield micro-imprinting of 30 µm - 50 µm thick structures, with >95% transparency across visible wavelengths, and ultralow haze for crystal-clear performance.
