Green DFB Laser

EXALOS’ semiconductor-based Green Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser is suited for applications such as Raman spectroscopy, flow cytometry, metrology, quantum, and holography. The Green DFB Laser offers a very narrow linewidth below 1 MHz at a center wavelength of 515 nm. The free-space output power of the current devices currently goes up to 20 mW. EXALOS' DFB Lasers provide precise wavelength definition tailored to specific applications, as well as ultra-stable wavelength operation over a wide temperature range or over the lifetime of the device.
