Visus from The Imaging Source is a series of GigE industrial cameras. Visus cameras offer a connectivity of 1× trigger/GPIn and 2× GPIOs, full GigE Vision compliance, and adherence to the GenICam SFNC standard for maximum interoperability. The architecture includes unified FPGA, RAM, and Flash in a single building block. Initial variants will be available with high-performance sensors, including the Sony IMX900 (3.2 MP), onsemi AR0521 (5 MP), and onsemi AR2020 (20 MP). Additional models featuring the Sony IMX568 (5.1 MP) and Sony IMX676 (12.6 MP) are scheduled for release in late 2025. The Visus series also introduces firmware features such as color presets (D65, D50, linear) for simplified white balance control.
