The M-1200 from Advanced Energy Industries is a fiber optic thermometry converter. It has ultrafast EtherCAT communication and flexible probe configurations, and a compact form factor enables easy integrability into complex semiconductor tools. The converter has a -200 to 450 °C measurement range, which widens application coverage and uses proprietary phosphor formulations to optimize probes for specific temperature ranges.
