Through our unique photochemical etching process, we are able to manufacture precision components per print and at a low cost. The other advantage of this process is that the manufacturing time is typically a 1-day turnaround, which is ideal for prototype and production runs.
Parts can be shipped flat attached to the sheet, flat detached from the sheet, or in specialized packaging. Varying shipping options are also available.
Etching Dimensions:
• 24”x36” max sheet size, typically 12"x18" sheets
• 0.0001”-0.062″ thickness
• MOQ of 2 sheets
