3D Metrology System

ScanPort by ZEISS is a semi-automated system for 3D metrology that can be used for 3D printing, reverse engineering and manufacturing, virtual displays, molding, and casting, as well as the creation of virtual models and/or digital twins. The system uses up to 20 million points per scan as well as the ZEISS INSPECT software for repeatability and accuracy. The system combines a vertically movable axis, a tiltable mechanism, and a rotation table, enabling true 3-axis automation. A modular, mobile design makes the product suitable for use directly on the shop floor or at various locations. The system's integrated scanner can be detached and used separately to measure larger parts.
