Designed for fully automated spectral analysis of coated optics, this spectrophotometer is built specifically for meaningful characterization of optical coating. It supports absolute reflectance and transmittance measurements covering wavelengths from 185 nm to 14 000 nm.
It is also capable of polarization measurements across the DUV–MWIR range (185/220–5200 nm), delivering insights into the real-world performance of optical coatings.
