The Highland J270 is a very compact GaN-based nanosecond high-voltage pulse generator with adjustable analog control of time delay and pulse width. It includes an SMA trigger input and loop-through/termination connectors, and SMA output and pulse monitor connectors. OEM and higher voltage versions are available for use as embedded bar laser, optical modulator, FET gate, diode, or cable drivers.
In addition to the 270 analog-adjustable delay, width and amplitude, Highland Technology produces a range of high-resolution digital delay generators (DDG), pulse generators and waveform synthesizers / arbitrary waveform generators (AWG, ARB). Typical applications include radar/lidar systems and sequencing event timing in large-scale laser, nuclear and sonar systems. Made in USA.
