We offer single point diamond turning (SPDT) in-house capabilities; 6 mm to 250 mm Ø high-quality precision optical components with a focus on IR, exotic, and III-V crystal materials and coats reverse axicons with 360° windows.

Exotics and more common IR materials, such as Si, Ge, ZnS, and ZnSe are finished with high performance thin film coatings that include anti-reflection (AR), single and multi-band filtering, blocking, metallization, and gradient ND’s, customized for specific applications.

Aspheric, spherical, cylindrical and freeform elements are designed, manufactured, coated and tested in-house.

DPT techniques used include axis-symmetric grinding, rotary B-axis grinding, polygon flycutting & spiral milling.
