Tip-tilt stage with stick-slip drive. The MT25 tip-tilt stage offers a tilt of ±3 degrees in two dimensions. With the free opening of 9 mm the MT25 is also applicable with transmitting optics as semipermeable mirrors or others. With the open loop controller CF30 a smallest step with of 0.3 µrad can be achieved.
