HighFinesse Wavelength Meters
From: TOPTICA Photonics Inc.
HighFinesse WS-series wavelength meters boast the highest accuracy. Both cw and pulsed lasers with narrow-band emission can be examined, monitored and even actively controlled. Various models of the WS series are available, covering UV to IR wavelength ranges. The LSA and HDSA models allow for multi-line or broadband spectrum of light sources like cw and pulsed lasers, gas discharge lamps, super luminescence diodes, semiconductor laser diodes and LEDs.

High-Resolution Spectrum Analyzer
From: Bristol Instruments
The model 771 operates as a high-resolution spectrum analyzer and a high-accuracy wavelength meter for CW and high-repetition rate pulsed lasers. A spectrum is measured to a resolution as high as 2 GHz and OSNR is measured to >40 dB. The system’s wavelength accuracy is as high as ± 0.0001 nm, guaranteed by continuous calibration with a built-in wavelength standard. Operation is available from 375 nm to 12 µm.

Mercury™ TOSA with VPS Lens
From: Photodigm, Inc.
Photodigm has developed a virtual point source (VPS) lens, specifically designed to correct the astigmatism and reduce the divergence of the fast axis. This proprietary micro lens is mounted on the submount, and contained within the Mercury TOSA. The resulting free-space beam exiting the TOSA is a near-Gaussian, slightly diverging, slightly elliptical beam that can be focused or collimated as needed with a single asphere.
