TOPTICA Offers Frequency Combs

High-Speed WDM Wavelength Meter

The model 828B measures the wavelength of CW and modulated WDM lasers at a rate of 1 kHz. This exceptional speed improves the efficiency of testing during the manufacturing process and provides a time resolution of 1 ms to enable the most detailed wavelength characterization of tunable lasers. Wavelength is measured to an accuracy of ± 1 pm, guaranteed by automatic calibration with a built-in wavelength standard.
