NTKJ's Elliptical Fresnel Lens
NTKJ has developed an Elliptical Fresnel lens for freeform optical components. The Japanese-based sheet lens manufacturer, specializing in ultra-precision machining, added the Elliptical shaped Fresnel in order to reduce thickness of the conventional freeform optical components. Our sole agent RHK Japan is happy to hear your request.

2015 Laser World of Photonics
Shedding light on industry innovations through multifaceted forums, live presentations and a diverse range of shows, the 2015 Laser World of Photonics conference and trade fair will provide visitors with laser knowledge for business, research and the global marketplace.
Sponsored by Messe München International, the event will be held June 22-25, 2015 at the Munich Trade Fair Center in Munich, celebrating the “light solutions for the society challenges of our world.”
More than 1180 exhibitors are expected at the biennial conference, showcasing innovations, products and ideas to 27,000 visitors.
Acknowledging the political, economic and societal positions of optical technologies, special guest speakers include UNESCO’s Dr. Flavia Schlegel, the National Science Foundation’s Dr. Lawrence Goldberg, the African Physical Society’s Dr. Yanne Chembo and the International Year of Light’s Dr. John Dudley.
Interactive lectures will cover several topics – Biophotonics and Medical Applications, Lasers and Optics, Industrial Laser Application, and Optical Metrology and Imaging. These interactive “practice-oriented lectures” feature industry representatives discussing the challenges in the field, as well as solutions and best practices with various optical technologies.
The inaugural Startup World exhibition, an innovation platform for young start-up photonics companies, will also take place at the conference. Fledgling companies are given the opportunity to showcase their pioneering products and technologies to a broad-based audience. The program serves to directly connect start-up companies with investors, industrial partners and sponsors.
A special show on photonics applications in automotive manufacturing, “Photonics Applications in the Automotive Sector,” will display the first vehicle to feature laser light, a BMW i8. It will also function as a meeting place for users, automotive industry suppliers and trade visitors.
An industry forum on laser technology for those in business management, investment, marketing and distribution will focus on the international markets of laser materials processing. And application-oriented panel discussions will cover topics under the umbrellas of biophotonics and medical applications, industrial laser applications, optical metrology and imaging, and lasers and optics.
A wide spectrum of the industry will be represented at the conference, in numerous exhibition sectors. From components and systems to industrial applications and services, these sectors will cover a wide range of photonics solutions. Additionally, a Machine Vision Pavilion will exhibit complete imaging systems, as well as new solutions and suppliers.
Exhibitors and researchers from across the globe will present technology not only in lasers and optoelectronics, but also laser systems for production engineering and more.
