A Focus on Technology, Applications
Laser World of Photonics (Laser Munich) 2017 will bring together all sectors of the photonics industry, with spotlights on research, innovative new products and expert presentations and panel discussion. This year, several application panels will be in focus, dealing with current industry trends. Among them is a biophotonics and medical applications group, one on optical metrology and imaging, a lasers and optics application panel, and a panel focusing on industrial laser applications.
Another highlight of Laser Munich is the corresponding Laser World of Photonics Congress. This program will feature more than 3,500 presentations, as well as conferences, subconferences, short courses, poster sessions and symposia. From solid-state and fiber lasers to current research projects in biophotonics and additive production, all research disciplines and application facets relevant to optical technologies will be covered.
