Manufacturer of specialty fibers and related products including cables for high laser power delivery, fiber bundles, spectroscopy fiber probes and subsystems based on silica, chalcogenide glass fibers and polycrystalline silver halide fibers for process spectroscopy and remote sensing for a broad spectrum from 300 nm to 16 microns.

MKS/Newport designs and manufactures high performance optical filters and replicated mirrors in the UV, VIS, and NIR. Filters include bandpass, dichroic, edge, fluorescence, neutral density, and notch filters, as well as optomechanical and electro-optical assemblies based on filter technology. Mirrors include retroreflector, aspheric, and spherical.

Fil-Tech supplies electron beam gun and ion source replacement parts, sensor heads and feedthroughs, INFICON rate monitors and controllers and Quality Crystals in Gold and Stress Relieving Alloy for the thin-film industry.
