PG&O provides reliable, cost-effective, precision optics and commercial components from 0.040 in. to 30 in. diam., highly precise thin-film coatings, custom and standard components and turnkey optical solutions that operate from 0.2 to 15 microns. Founded in 1957, RMI designs and manufactures precision optics and coatings. Our technical expertise include laser optics from DUV to Far IR; IR optics including high output diamond turning; and custom optical assemblies. We have proven experience in solutions for aerospace/defense, life science, medical, semiconductor, industrial, and research markets.

Precision optical glass: strip, blanks, pressings, polished balls, near-UV transmitting i-Line glass, ceramic substrates, CaF2, UV/IR materials, quartz, fused silica (standard/excimer grade), Nanoceram. Ohara CCZ ultralow expansion (excellent CTE uniformity, blank form, to 1.8 m diam). Double-side polished substrates (low surface roughness, excellent flatness).

Manufactures molded plastic optics and IR transmitting materials and optics. Also lens arrays for passive IR applications, diffusers and microlens arrays for illumination, and plastic optics for 3.4 microns. Design help, tooling and production, and diamond machining.

Lambda Research Optics manufactures catalog and custom lenses, mirrors, beamsplitters, windows, prisms, filters, and polarizers for defense, commercial, and medical laser applications. Lambda specializes in high-power coatings for excimer, YAG, fiber, CO2 lasers, and FLIR coatings. Precision polishing of CaF2, MgF2, BK7, fused silica, ZnSe, Ge, and Si.

Reynard Corporation manufactures custom optics and thin-film coatings from 0.2 to 50 microns (UV-IR). Other in-house capabilities include diamond turning, optical fabrication, photolithography pattern optics, environmental testing, and design services. Prototype to production, ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, and Cybersecurity (CMMC) compliant.

We are a supplier of high quality precision custom optical components. We provide up-front technical support for optimizing manufacturability, cost, and quality. Capabilities include manufacturing and coating of optical components including lenses, aspheres, mirrors, windows, and prisms using a variety of visible and IR materials.
