Reynard Corporation manufactures custom optics and thin-film coatings from 0.2 to 50 microns (UV-IR). Other in-house capabilities include diamond turning, optical fabrication, photolithography pattern optics, environmental testing, and design services. Prototype to production, ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR registered, and Cybersecurity (CMMC) compliant.

Designs and manufactures high power metal mirrors, passive and water-cooled copper, molybdenum tungsten, titanium, aluminum, and stainless-steel mirrors, metal mirror corner cubes, laser beam shaping systems, optical integrators, line image focusing modules, 100-plus-kW beam dumps, laser optics, small and large mirror mounts, and lightweight metal mirrors.

Manufactures custom vacuum-deposited thin-film coatings for glass, plastic, and infrared optics, specializing in AR, reflective, ITO, conductive, metallic, filter, and scratch-resistant films. Now offering diamond-like carbon for all substrates, including severe abrasion DLC for chalcogenide material.
