microcircuit

A microcircuit typically refers to an integrated circuit (IC) or chip that contains miniaturized electronic components, such as transistors, resistors, capacitors, and diodes, fabricated on a small substrate. These circuits are characterized by their small size and high level of integration, often containing thousands to billions of components on a single chip. Microcircuits are essential components in modern electronics, enabling the creation of complex systems and devices in a compact form factor. They are widely used in applications ranging from consumer electronics (such as smartphones and computers) to industrial equipment and aerospace technology.
