Lukas Ceizaris

Lukas Ceizaris is the chief marketing officer at OPTOMAN, a laser optics manufacturer specializing in advanced coating technologies. He holds a master’s degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano in Italy and a bachelor’s degree in physics from Vilnius University in Lithuania. Ceizaris began his career in an optical coatings laboratory, gaining hands-on experience with both magnetron and ion-beam sputtering technologies. At OPTOMAN, he oversees strategic new product development projects and advocates for responsible innovation in high-power laser coatings, guided by the principle that with great laser power comes great responsibility for coaters.
