Our offering includes lenses using Theia’s patented
Linear Optical Technology® to provide an ultra wide field of view without barrel distortion, correcting distortion optically, without the use of software. Lenses using this technology allow users to cover a wider field of view without distortion and better resolution at the edge of the image.
We have 3 models which use this technology:
- ML183 — 1.8 – 3mm varifocal up to 116deg HFOV, 5+ megapixel resolution, NIR corrected to 940nm, for <= 1/2.3” sensors;
- MY110 — 1.7mm fixed focal, up to 120 deg HFOV, 3+ megapixel resolution, NIR corrected to 940nm, for <=1/ 2.5” sensors;
- MY125 — 1.3mm fixed focal, up to 135 deg HFOV, 5 megapixel resolution, visible only, for <=1/ 2.5” sensors.
In addition to this technology we also have an
award-winning 4K lens family with high resolution (300lp/mm), NIR correction, as well as high resolution
motorized and
telephoto lenses for 1/2.5”, 1/1.7” and up to 2/3” sensors.
Theia's
motorized high resolution 4K lenses are popular in robotics, ITS, ANPR, LPR, traffic monitoring, tolling and other high detail applications. Our
ML610M 2/3” format NIR corrected varifocal lens with 4k (300lp/mm) resolution won the Vision Systems Design silver award for Innovation.
