TopMap In.Line is a 3D optical profiler that is compact and easy to integrate into the production line. The system measures the form deviation, such as flatness or waviness, macro-roughness and many other topography parameters. The unique telecentric optical design requires no objectives and therefore eliminates collision and damage to the optics or sample.
