CENTENNIAL, Colo. — NUBURU, Inc., an industrial blue laser developer, has appointed Dario Barisoni and Shawn Taylor to its board of directors, increasing its size to six. Barisoni has 20 years of experience in the technology sector, having most recently served as the co-founder and managing director of Bionexus. Taylor currently serves as CFO of Eight Capital Partners and has more than 20 years of experience in financial roles in sectors including software as a service, technology, media, and high-value intellectual property.
