NiPro Manufactures Precision mirrors of all types and sizes but is also a supplier of precision scanner wheels of any prototype or production quantity. All scanners are produced using Precitech, 4-axis diamond flycutting machines, Taylor Hobson automated autocollimator, 4D interferometer and a Zygo Z gauge. The finish is routinely measured at 5nm’s, flatness at 1/4 wave, positioning accuracy of +/− 0.1 arcseconds and tilt less than 20 arcseconds.
