The NSC2101 from New Imaging Technologies is a SWIR InGaAs sensor for applications such as defense, wafer inspection, and surveillance. The sensor has an 8-micrometer pixel pitch and a 2 MPIX resolution at 1920 × 1080 px. The NSC2101 also features a low noise of 25e- for good image clarity in challenging environments and a dynamic range of 64 dB.
