Mundt recognizes the Future Requires Technology Changes
The Art of Science gives new meaning to the world of Laser Workstations
Address the future with the advanced combination of ultra-short pulse laser and micro machining capabilities. This new direction has brought about the use of superior materials and technology to take full advantage of their potential.
Mundt recognized that ultrashort pulse lasers have become essential manufacturing tools in the medical device, aerospace, high and automotive and consumer electronics industries, as well as other industries requiring extreme precision. Mundt builds an exceptional ultra-short pulse Laser Workhorse that combines a Cartesian System with a Galvanometer that allows for Infinite Field of View, (IFOV) to offer more capabilities that address high speed precision industrial requirements.
These powerful multi-axis Class I or Class IV Mundt Laser Workstations provide tailor-made solutions for your manufacturing needs.
The future requires technology changes so miniaturization requires new manufacturing technology. MUNDT supports the new Industrial demands for Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS).
The Mundt AB–200150-5 Laser Workstation.
This new Workstation is built on a Granite/Ceramic Base and achieves EXTREME 1.0-micron accuracy
that permits machining of tiny detail features. The workstation accuracy combined with very small spot sizes provides for laser processes that were previously difficult or not even possible.
Reasons to Embrace Laser Micro Machining Technology:
- Today’s advanced designs demands high throughput accuracy, competitive pricing and support.
- Industry now requires components with small features that demand new processing with dependable high accuracy technology. It is now possible to choose the best materials for the job, e.g., Silicon, Platinum, Glass, Kevlar, Stainless Steel, Plastics, Copper, Gold, etc., that are difficult or impossible to machine with other methods.
- Save money and get substantial ROI with high yields, efficiency, and greater productivity.
Mundt builds standard and custom workstations and custom stages.
