The Nano-ZL-IX5 series nanopositioning systems are compatible with Evident IX85 and FLUOVIEW microscopes. The Z-axis piezo fits directly to the IX5-SSA microscope stage while maintaining the sample plane distance. Travel ranges up to 500 μm with sub-nanometer resolution under closed loop control. Accommodates incubators, multiwell plates, petri dishes, and 75mm slides, making it a versatile addition to your microscope.
