45 μm to 23 × 23 mm. It features

of 4.5 μm — 3× smaller than
competitors — allowing measurement
of higher spatial resolution and
smaller beam sizes; wide dynamic
range of 44.6 dB; lowest measurable
signal of 0.25 nW/cm2; and high
accuracy at NIR wavelengths.
