The CYTOQUBE from Hamamatsu Photonics is a light-sheet microplate cytometer designed for information-dense imaging of multiwell cell culture plates. The cytometer uses light-sheet microscopy and the company’s Zyncscan image processing platform to acquire 3D fluorescence images of each well in an entire microplate. The CYTOQUBE enables rapid assays for size, shape, number, and color and intensity of cells or cell populations.
