3.3 μm peak emission wavelength,
high-speed response, and low power
consumption. It delivers significantly
higher output compared to previous
products and was developed using
Hamamatsu’s unique crystal growth
technology and process technology. The
L15893-0330CA LED comes in ceramic
packaging and is a suitable light source
for methane (CH4) gas detection.
