The pco.flim X Camera System from Excelitas is a frequency domain fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) camera system for life science and metrology applications. The system reads out a maximum of 45 double images/s and can be used for a modulation frequency range of 5 kHz - 40 MHz while measuring fluorescence lifetimes from 1 ns - 100 µs. The pco.flim X Camera System features a resolution of 1008 px × 1008 px, an improved cooling image sensor achieving -5 °C with forced air cooling and -20 °C image sensor temperature with water cooling, a reduced readout noise level below 15[e-], and an extended usable exposure time of four seconds.
