The enhanced C30645 and C30662 InGaAs Avalanche Photodiodes from Excelitas are high-speed, high-gain devices offering high quantum efficiency, high responsivity, high resistance to over-illumination, and now with significantly lower noise in the 1000 nm to 1700 nm spectral range. They provide better Signal-to-Noise-Ratios and increased detection range from the same laser output power, making them ideal for eye-safe rangefinding and LiDAR systems.
