Collimator TIR Lens

Our glass collimators show high durability against thermal shocks and chemicals. They reach a very narrow beam angle with various LEDs. One polished side guarantees high precision unlike one molded side enables shape variation. Our unique hand molding manufacturing guarantees high precision of molded surface without any defects such as orange peel or wrinkles, which are common from hot drop process. These lenses can be used in search lights, additional lights for ralley, mining lights or anywhere, where a narrow illumination angle is required.
