Covesion 1µm Waveguide Product RangeBuilding on Covesion's mature range of C-Band SHG waveguides we are proud to announce the upcoming launch of our new PPLN Waveguides for Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) at ~1 μm input wavelength. Due for introduction to our product range in Spring 2022 these new waveguides are designed for researchers and OEM’s who need a reliable method of SHG for input wavelengths covering 980 nm, 1064 nm, 1122 nm. The waveguides will be available in a range of formats including:

   •   Waveguide chips for free space coupling — unmounted or clip mounted for compatibility with Covesion’s range of ovens

   •   Compact package with fiber coupled input and free space output

   •   Compact package with fiber coupled input and output

   •   Rugged package with fiber coupled input and output

The waveguides are easy to use and offer flexibility over a range of input powers and pulse widths. Providing up to 1 W SHG output power this new range is also compatible with Covesion ovens and temperature controllers.
