SWIR InGaAs Linear Sensor
Brand new from CLPT are InGaAs linear sensors.
1. 1024 x 1 pixels with a pixel size of 12.5 × 12.5 µm
2. 512 x 1 pixels with a pixel size of 25 × 250 µm
The sensors are sensitive in the standard InGaAs spectral range of 0.9 – 1.7 µm. The pixel operability is > 99% and the quantum efficiency > 70% at 1550 nm. The photodiode arrays are hybridized with SPI interface CMOS readout integrated circuit (ROIC) and the sensor achieves a pixel rate of 22 MHz. It comes with a 28-lead Kovar metal DIP package with an integrated 1-stage thermoelectric cooler, for a chip operating temperature of -20 degrees C (higher and lower T also possible).
