Winter 2025The Z-Trak Express series of 3D laser profiler from Teledyne Dalsa feature a maximum of 5000 profiles/s across the full measurement range for applications such as secondary battery production, automotive, factory automation, and logistics. The profilers deliver a horizontal field-of-view of 1700 mm, and the Z-Trak Express 1K5 synchronizes multiple sensors using a data cable and supports content-based triggering for enhanced flexibility. It can measure and inspect the thickness of moving parts, performing continuous 360-degree inspections, and extending the horizontal field-of-view, without compromising Z-resolution. All Z-Trak profilers are deployment-ready, delivering micron-level measurements without the need for in-field calibration.More products
