These miniature flat-package lasers integrate a semiconductor DFB laser with a nonlinear crystal. Leveraging the DFB laser's exceptional grating selectivity, our visible output delivers a single frequency with a narrow linewidth (several MHz). Furthermore, the inherent high optical power stability of the DFB laser directly translates to the visible light, significantly enhancing detection accuracy and object resolution.
