Mightex’s WheeLED wavelength-switchable LED sources are designed for applications needing manual switching between multiple illumination wavelengths. Users can select up to nine pre-installed LEDs (UV, VIS, NIR, or white) by simply turning a hand wheel. Each light source includes high-NA collimating optics for high throughput, and optional modules for focusing or coupling into fibers and lightguides. Only one LED is powered at a time, requiring a single driving channel, and over-current protection is built in to prevent damage during switching.
