VisGuard™ Custom IR Cut-Off Filters from KUPO Optics block thermal noise while keeping visible colours vivid. Hard dielectric stacks deliver a crisp 650 nm cut, ≥ 85 % transmission in 420–640 nm, and < 5 % leak beyond, eliminating pink or washed-out tints in cameras, projectors and museum luminaires. Each filter is coated in a planetary IAD chamber, achieving ± 10 nm spectral tolerance piece-to-piece and full compliance with MIL-M-13508C humidity, adhesion, and abrasion tests.
Choose the glass that fits your thermal budget: Orofloat® 1.1–3.8 mm, D263T borosilicate 0.21–0.55 mm, or Corning Eagle XG 0.7–1.1 mm for 450 °C duty; economical soda-lime 1.1–2.9 mm handles up to 150 °C.
