Opto Diode’s uncooled, unpackaged IR detector is a die-level product that features an active area of 4 mm² and a reduced footprint that makes it easy to integrate into new or existing optical modules or other customized optical subsystems. Responsivity at peak wavelength of 3.8 µm is typically 1.5 × 104 V/W. (Part #40044).
The tiny IR detector is housed in a square flat plate package, 2 × 2 mm.
